Continental Coffee1806 Commercial Dr, Vancouver
unjustified arrogance

they're not in a hurry to serve anyone here, so even though you might be 2nd in line and there are 2 staff behind the counter, expect to wait 10 min to get your order taken. The capp is a respectable 6/10 in my opinion, but they carry on like they are doing you a favour by serving you! I so wanted this place to be good, and I wish it was. I would go there all the time. But I consistently had the same experience. sorry guys.

a good cup

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to coffee and they make good cappuccino.
Dirt cheap too.

It's a shame I need to pad out this review in order to meet the minimum review length required, but it was just a cup of coffee!! Actually, I shouldn't say that - starting the morning on the right foot is all about getting a good coffee in the morning.

not up to standard

I just moved to vancouver so I don't have a benchmark for malaysian food here, but I suspect this is one of the more disappointing manalysian meals I've had.

If the beef rendang is bland, it isn't a good sign in any malaysian place. The laksa was also bland and over populated with noodles, whilst being short on meat, veg and tofu.

I don`t think I`d go back but the dining room has a nice feel.
