I read the above review and as much as i agree with it, i often wonder where peoples heads are at when they do their evaluations.

1) Food - This is nothing special you are not going out of your way to go here for the food. it is mcdonalds with awesome service and instead of BBQ and honey mustard you have many more sauce options. its premade, prepackaged food. and its cheap you get what you pay for.

2)Service - This is one section that makes me want to hit most people. i call it the winter/summer syndrome.. in the summer its too hot in the winter its too cold. When service is available right off the bat people think too pushy, when absent people say lousy service.. Ive eaten at alot of different places everywhere. and for places like this that are compared to your montanas where when you walk in you find yourself asking your guest. do we just seat ourselves? Not Here here you are greeted the very second you walk in, in fact the door was held open for me. I was then seated. My server was there right away to let me know he'd be looking after me. He made some drink suggestions and knowing (since this is the first in canada) he explained the menu to me, explained the scale of hotness through the sauces. He left to get my drink and left me with the menu. Now because i have a brain i know what to expect. the food is nothing short or blah.nothing remarkable. But I was in there watching the vancouver playoff game, and it was very busy.

3) Value- This place is not expensive, and when a tall pint is under $6 how can you complain. the food is nothing special but then again they dont call the food something and charge an arm and a leg for it. This is the kind of place where even the vegetables come in a vacuum bag. just like mcdonalds, or kelseys, or Montanas.

4)Ambiance - as i said it was busy when i was in there, yet i did not have to strain myself to see the game they had like 5 projectors and what must be 40 or more flatscreens. Even in the dining room. so if the game is on and u have to take the fam out you can go here and still see the game. This is in my opinion a place to go have a few beers and watch the game. and if u get hungry order some food.. i had a great time and my server was awesome. Yet i know what i was expecting and the only things that exceeded what i expected were the service and the ambiance. i will definately be going back.. most likely with my buddies for game nights.
