Four of us had just left a restaurant next door where we just had drinks/wine, and met another couple in the Milestones parking lot. We accepted their invitation to join them for dinner at Milestones. Pleasant surprise, some interesting drinks (bellini’s) at a good price and some great appies. This was our second visit ever and I must agree with our fellow reviewers that the Spinach & Artichoke dip is fantastic. I had the Italian Ravioli which was excellent in flavor and texture. I opted for the garlic cream sauce which I found to be a joy. Some have a tendency to over flavor their sauces but this was just …. right.
While the place was hopping, the service was good. We will return.

My wife and I have been here a few times this year and every visit has been a disappointment. This is the last! We (two couples) sat for 20 minutes before we were asked if we would like a drink. Not only did it take us another 20 to get our drinks, but the order was incorrect. We ordered a bottle of Red Wine but received White… 55 minutes after we first sat down we finally received our wine and at that point the waitress asked for our food order. The food came within 25 minutes, cold but palatable. We complained and were told that they would be happy to redo the order but we chose to pay the bill and leave. Hello Milestones.

My wife and I are one of the first customers to grace the entrance of this little Italian gem in Port Moody some 4 years back. Much to my surprise, it was Rosa that recognized me from when she was working at Nick’s in Vancouver (The woman has a great memory). Then were the days when there were no line-ups, I think that lasted for about two weeks, now … you’re lucky if your wait time is less then 30 minutes.
I would say we dine there on an average of 8 times per year. The pasta and various sauces are fantastic and the salads, FRESH is the best description I can come up with. Be sure to listen to their specials, as there seems to be an ingredient that you don’t fine in a lot of other and more expensive bistros, it’s called Care. If the ribs are on … I recommend you go for them as the sauces is fantastic.
Salads, Pasta, Tiramisu and a bottle of wine, two can dine very well for $75.00. Quality food, large portions and great value.
