I've eaten here on numerous occasions and have always had a good time. Amazing salads and rice bowl, friendly servers, no problems. Until the day i decided to take a couple of my friends there. We had a server that I've never seen before, and at first he seemed friendly enough. But as lunch went on he started to make us feel more and more uncomfortable. He would make statement and then wait expectantly for a response. We were a little distracted with our own conversation, and when one my friends didn't respond right away to his question, our server got a little nasty adding "So you guys don't talk to servers?" But what really shocked me was what happened when we were ready to pay. We asked him to split the bill, not a difficult request really. Except for he wanted us to add our own bills and calculate the tax ourselves. My friend had a smoothie and a burger and he actually asked her to add it up herself, even though he had a calculator. Never in my life has anyone asked me to do that, and I was totally shocked. Even if we had been rude to him, this was uncalled for. I'm still shocked by the whole ordeal. He totally ruined a good restaurant for me.
