The food was well...plain. There wasn't any seasoning on it, and I just didn't find it a very memorable experience. It was very expensive, and I didn't find the experience better than barbecuing on a sunny day by the waterside. Save your money and go somewhere else!

It's located in the middle of the mall (not even the food court) so what do you expect? The food is okay, but the wait is soooo miserable! I waited 1/2 hr for ONE california roll. I will never return!!!

Great, but not outstanding. Not being a 'breakfast' person, I was surprised at the quality and taste of the food. The portions are quite large, which makes the prices reasonable. The hashbrowns were really good! Willing to return.

Food: Really bland..everything here is bland. bland bland blanddddd. I had ox-tongue on spaghetti, and it was the stringiest ox-tongue I have ever tasted. Really poor quality.

Service: Slow service, unsmiling servers.

Ambiance: Decent. Nothing special.

Please stay away, there are so many better restaurants in vancouver!

Food: For a 'higher end' chinese restaurant, the quality was pitiful. The crab balls had a giant fish ball in it, which greatly diminished its value. The dessert tasted very fake, as if it was water mixed with powder,,,

Service: The waiter had put a dish on the table, and there was dirt on it..instead of taking it away, he tried to rub it off with his finger! Ridiculous!

Ambiance: Quite nice.

Will not go back..there are many places that are far more cheaper and have better quality food!

I really like their concept of ordering by the ounce..it gives you a chance to try new things without overstuffing yourself. I would shy away from the dessert however, which, in my opinion, was too overpowering (especially the cheesecake mousse..it tasted like butter!)

Food: I had the chirashi bowl, which came with an sunomono salad and miso soup. ($15)

Sunomono- I have had better in AYCE restaurants. The tomato slice (since when do sunomonos have tomato slices on there?) tasted funny and looked unfresh. That, and two cucumber slices, where the only garnishes to this poorly composed sunomono salad.

Miso soup- typical

Dessert- 3 SMALL (it was listed as 3 BIG scoops..) of ice cream for $5??? WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?

Chirashi bowl- 3 slices of tuna, 3 slices of salmon, tamago, scallops, unagi, as well as imitation crab meat. Decent. The sashimi was very fresh.

Service: Despite having a reservation for six, we watched as the waitresses poorly tried to pry open the foldable table...very unorganized. We arrived quite early, so food delivery was quite quick, but slowed down very soon towards the end of the meal (dessert).

Ambiance: Unique setting, very 'sexified'. Great for a casual date, but the tables are rather close together. The lights were very dim and it hurt to read the menus.

MAY return ONLY for the fresh sashimi.

Chicken fried rice: My first thought 'where's the chicken?' THERE WAS ONLY CHICKEN SKIN, NO CHICKEN!!! This poorly presently greasy dish had a FEW (understatement) slices of red pepper, and chicken skin.

Avoid at all costs! This is RICHMOND, there are TONS of better restaurants here!

I went here last Thursday..fantastic thai food! I was in a group of three, and we ordered the dinner for two combo. It was more than enough for the three of us. The combo included lamb, haianese chicken, and sweet and spicy (?) soup. This was all for a very reasonable price of about 35$.

There are fake palm trees (not tacky though!) throughout the restaurant. My only complaint is that the waitress seemed to be 'watching over us'. Right as we finish a dish, she runs over and takes it away. I think more privacy would have been better.

It was a quiet dinner, not a lot of people. I think this may be because the prices are higher (but very reasonable still) then the other restaurants in Richmond.

Will return!

Food: What other AYCE places can you get this quality of sushi/sashimi? This restaurants compares to nothing, it's in a class all by itself. The menu is filled with options.

Service: Prompt and helpful,

Ambiance: Nestled in the heart of New Westminister, this hidden gem has a beautiful view overlooking the water. The tables are not too close, although last time I went, there were a bunch of kids screaming, which dampened the atmosphere a little-but nevertheless, I will go back!

I HIGHLY recommened ths restaurant...simply irresistible to all sushi lovers.

For the price listed, the food here is fantastic. I always order either the lamb chops or the spaghetti...it's just fantastic! The service is wonderful! We got free desserts once! I gave the ambiance a three because the back stairs looks really shoddy and I hate how the servers had a child which was running about the restaurant..highly unprofessional.

Will definately go back and this restaurant is highly recommended!

Ambiance: A little tacky. Could be improved.

Food: Delicious, absolutely delicious

Service: Nice, smiling people

Ambiance: In need of a bit of attention. They need better quality furniture for a high end restaurant like this.

Will consider going back, I highly recommend it!

Food: Nothing special, but it was good.

Service: Nice waiters, speedy service

Ambiance: I like the cozy feeling.

Not expensive enough to be classified as an 'expensive' restaurant, which is good, because pasta really shouldn't cost that much. At $13 for a plate of pasta, any higher would turn me away.

Food: Average food, what you expect at AYCE restaurants.

Service: It's okay, fast service

Ambiance: Here is where the problem is. Me and my friends were sitting in one of those booths where you have to take off your shoes. MY SOCK WAS STUCK TO THE FLOOR. I had to practically peel it off! The floor was so sticky! Disgusting! The washroom also needs improvement.

Will I come back? Maybe, but I will definately not take my shoes off!

Food: AYCE quality, nothing special here. I liked their BC rolls.

Service: I was really disapointmented when the (manager?) joked about charging $5 to take a picture for us. Very distasteful. Also, I had to practically WAVE IN FRONT of a waitress to get her attention. '

Ambiance: Crowded.

Make sure to make reservations!!!

Food: I went here for the Dine Out Vancouver deal, which was about $35. It's a lot cheaper than usual for a 'high end' restaurant like this, but I expect quality food for $35. That was not to be. I had pork, which was really really really rough, kind of like eating pork that has been boiled in soup over and over. A total disapointment.

Service: Decent, nothing special.

Ambiance: I was seated in an inner table, not much of a view.

I thought it was ridiculous that they charge 15% to reserve seats, but I did so anyway, knowing the long lineups.

Food: I had The Naam Dragon Bowl, which was really delicious, but I thought it was overpriced for the ingredients given. Everything's vegetarian, everything should be a lot cheaper. Also, my friend ordered a juice, which was about 3$, and it was SUCH a pitiful size. I could finish it in one gulp.

Service: Slow.

Ambiance: Really old, I think they need to renovate it a bit. Not clean either, being a restaurant that opens for 24 hours.

On my second time there, I went there at 11am intending to eat lunch, but they don't serve lunch till 1pm! Ridiculous. I left.

My friends had highly recommended this restaurant, and I had high hopes for it. However...

Food: Over $15 spent on 7, and I mean SEVEN rotellinis. There wasn't even enough tomato sauce! The dessert size was terrible! How can you possible slice a cheesecake so thin?! The portions for both meal and dessert was despicable, I left very hungry.

Service: Waited a LONG time for food, and the restaurant wasn't even packed.

Ambiance: Nice, but a little too loud for it to be cozy. Little kid behind me kept looking back-highly annoying.

NEVER coming back. Not even if you forced me to.

I was absolutely disapointed in my meal. I ordered Ahi tuna, medium rare. It was pretty much completely cooked. It didn't have the 'ahi tuna texture' that I loved. If you want good ahi tuna, go to Diva at the Met, as the prices are similar.

My ahi tuna meal included about five strands of string peas, 4 small potato nuggets. and three small chunks of ahi tuna, the size of about 3 toonies each. This was, by the way, for over $35.

Ambiance was not good. The place is simply too open to create that 'cozy' feeling.

Service was the only saving grace. The servers were attentive, polite, and genuinely nice.
