My wife and I have visited several times, usually on the pub side, and overall the staff do their best to ignore you. Expect to sit down and wait for a while before the staff talks to you, and then you'll probably have to wait with an empty glass or get someone's attention to get a new pint.
In summary, visit when you are looking for a relaxed time - don't go if you're on a tight schedule.
I've eaten here twice. The first time was a few years ago and forgettable while the most recent visit prompted me to write this review after reading some of the other reviews posted here.
The food is poorly done all around: with portions on the small side, unremarkable seasoning, and badly prepared (our fajitas were seriously overcooked), the food here is very overpriced.
The service was lacking - it took our server ten minutes to bring us our first drink order. They missed bringing some requested extra tortillas for our order as well.
The ambience is the only thing that redeems the place, which isn't saying much.
