Best to book ahead and plan to spend a few hours dining at Isami. Children are always welcome. A favorite dish for us is the beef sushi - (thin slices of marinated beef in a delicious sauce) WOW. Fish is always firm and fresh. Sitting at the sushi bar and watching the food preparation is a lesson in excellence. The owner, Sami, is an artist. Presentation is everything here. Try it, you'll love it!

This family owned and operated restaurant has been our favorite place for many years. The food is so beautifully presented - last night we had large fresh orchids on several dishes. In season, flowers are often picked from the garden out back. Food is always served either piping hot or perfectly chilled as required. Fish is always very firm and fresh. A 'must try' is the spicey aga-dashi tofu - even for those who don't like tofu, this will change your mind.
