Very Unfortunate Experience
Submitted Friday, October 19, 2012 - 12:43am [Dine in]

Went here for dinner and overall the food was terrible. The fish was overcooked and looked like they just threw a whole bunch of stuff into a pot and steamed it, very unappetizing. Service was also horrible, some waitresses looked very impatient when I spoke english to them, and had a very bad attitude the entire time. The food didn't seem very clean, but the place itself was pretty tidy. The food is cheap, but you get cheap food to go along with it. I'd rather pay a bit more to go the other chinese place across the street. The resteraunt wasn't even busy, but it still took the bill 15 minutes to come. I would NOT come back again. Ever.

Great Improvements

When I went to this resteraunt last year, I initially thought the food was delicious and fresh, but service was not up to par, and because of that, I thought I wouldn't be coming back for a while. But, I went back to this resteraunt for lunch today and I thought they really improved. Service this time around was pretty swift even with lots of filled tables, but then again it is a weekday. The entire place looks much more brighter and classier than I last remembered because of their renovations. A lot of my friends come here for lunch and dinner all the time, telling me its always very busy, so I am guessing its a pretty popular place among the Asian community and I can see why. The food was wonderful, I loved the cold shredded chicken meat appetizer (not sure what the name is), and I highly recommend the shrimp dumpings. I will surely take my wife back to try out their dinner menu!

My wife and I always go to this place for dinner during the weekends. The new york steak is juicy and perfectly done the way I like it. I always get it with their baked potato which is fantastic! My wife also enjoys their fried calamari. The only thing negative thing is their french onion soup, or acutally the ONLY soup available in their menu. Would be nice if they changed up their menu once in a while or maybe just seasonally. Love this place!
