All of the pizza places that I have ordered from will tell you whether you like regular crust or thin crust. It was my first time ordering from this place and the lady that I spoke to did not mention anything about the fact that they only offer thin crust unless you ask for something else. I picked up the pizza and when I got home I was surprised that the pizza was thin crust and even three topping 2 pizzas did not fill 3 people. When I phoned them and explained the situation, the person said that most of our customers know that we only offer thin crust by default. What if you are a new customer? It will only take two seconds to say: would like thin or regular crust? You decide for yourself whether you want to visit this place or not! This is what I call really poor customer service because the manager did not do anything to make it up! That's my first and last visit to this place.
