The title refers to not just the price but also the ambiance (well actually the word does not apply to this place) and the service should be added to the food. The ingridients and taste are sparse and the service (another word that does not belong) really careless. Why don't they charge a little more so they can offer service if that is what it takes?
The food is completely tasteless.
I suggest you go to the food court or the dozen restaurants in the area if you like to eat. Only reason to come here is because the you can only afford $10 for lunch and no more.

We thought this pub would be a nice place to relax, have some fun and generally chat with friends. We were a group of four and thought we can play a round, catch up and order a round or whatever.
Instead, IMO this pub is just a place where men sleaze up women. Don't know why any woman (lady that is) would put up with it.
My thoughts? Full of incredibly superficial, greasy old men clad in suits, watching us and trying to hit on us. menu was standard - what you'd expect in a cheap bar. The atmosphere is very tense, the patrons kept on making small talk with us and being greasy and etc etc.... Not a place for classy women.

Not recommended at all if you want to relax and have a fun time.
