(3) (3.5) (3) (3) (2.5)I used to go there a lot thinking its fresh fruit but how will they have fresh mangos and watermelon when it's out of season? All the other stores are sold out when it's not in season. I'm sure they don't use fresh fruit. It's probably all powder and canned fruit. I have never seen any fruits inside there counters or refrigerators. The pearls are really good though. It's really busy there. There's always a long wait and the store is always crammed. Price is alright and service is good. I don't like how their counters are so high. I can't see what they are doing back there with my drink. I would rather go somewhere where I can see my drink being made.
Best of all the bubble tea places in Kerrisdale. Service needs consistency. Sometimes they can be really nice but sometimes they need a lot of improvement. Not somewhere to go when you’re in a rush. Food takes a long time especially when their busy around 15-20 mins maybe even longer, but it’s worth the wait. Meals don’t come at the same time. Appetizers don’t always come first. But that is how Taiwanese food is so it’s alright. I love the setting of the place- very relaxing.
