I have been coming to this place for the past 3 years and have always been very satisfied.
ambience: clean, bright, spacious seating arrangements (tables not too close to each other)
food: solid, authentic Taiwanese food. Have tried most dishes and appetizers, they were all pretty good.
service: friendly, polite, and prompt.
value: excellent. Compare to other bubble tea places they are about 50 cents to 1 dollar cheaper on drinks and food item.
compare to other Taiwanese BB tea places you are not seated too close to other people, and not being serviced by high school girls where attitude is often a problem. I like to eat here instead. The food being delicious and better prices are a bonus.

Very clean and welcoming little restaurant. When I went there on a weekend day for lunch it was packed, so be prepared to wait a bit if you go there during the busy hours.
The Japanese waiters and waitresses here are very nice and make you want to give them a huge tip when you are done with your meals. I certainly did.
I had the Salmon combo and it was great, very fresh and tasty. The presentation was also very nice.
The daily specials white board offers some unique dishes if you are feeling like trying something new. They also have the Otoro (highest grade fatty tuna belly) available at $10 a piece which I am going to try the next time I go back.
The price was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. (the Kaiseki combo is only $20, if you have it at a restaurant in downtown it's easily double that price)
