You get what you pay for

Came in on a Thursday night, seated right away at a table for two. It seemed pretty busy, it was loud but mostly with voices, the music was not too loud. Lots of small LCD TVs playing the hockey game from a pretty fuzzy signal. (Also it was the only time I've heard Metallica in a restaurant/bar.)
We ordered quickly but it took almost half an hour for our one cheeseburger to come. Also the martini came in a tumbler instead of a martini glass and wasn't very good. They did refill my pop pretty quickly without even being asked. Food: the cheeseburger seemed like a frozen patty from Costco or no-name store brand. It was cooked all the way but not hot. The fries were okay, seemed like they might even be twice-cooked, but they were probably better when they were hot (that is, long before they got to our table). We didn't have anything else after seeing the burger.

Good quality food at a food fair

I've been here a few times before class at SFU Vancouver. Service was fast (not quite McDonald's fast, but I only once had to wait more than a few minutes for anything) and their food is excellent value for the price. It's just in the small food court at the Sinclair Centre so there's not much in the way of ambiance. You might get better food at a fancy Greek restaurant, but it will cost a lot more and probably take longer, too.
