(3) (3) (3) (3) (3)I have been eating at Happy Gardens since the 80's and it is one of the rare places that has stayed consistently good ! It is small and intimate, a little off the main road so you have to know where you are going. I doubt they get many walk-ins except for people in Parkallen neighborhood yet they are still thriving. Great food for great value.
