I used to live nearby and did take often. I have since moved away and forgot what the place looked like inside. Did a take out order for two large pizzas. The male who took the order got my phone number but after 10 minutes I called back to see how long it would be. Sounded like a different guy and he seemed confused. The girl at the cashier seemed a little out of it too.
The pizza was FANTASTIC. Ordered a house special (Golphis whatever). I was able to swap green onions for anchovies. Can't remember what the other pizza was cause the first was sooooo good. Not a big crust fan but this one appealed to me. A heaping supply of toppings. Everything seemed fresh.
I read the other comments so far and agree on the decor. The place is stuck in the past. Except of course for the massive LCD TV on the wall!? It had women’s tennis on. A cross between a sports bar and a diner. …. but I’ll be back for the pizza.
Parking was a pig. There is a complimentary valet, but I don't like other people driving my truck. The place inside is massive. Service was ok, we had a table that was very private so maybe it was out of the way for the waitress. I had the Panang Curry (sp?) which was delicious. $59 for three with one dessert but without booze or appi's which I thought was reasonable. I'd go again.
Any restaurant on Sunday is packed for breakfast with the church crowd so I was pleased to get some good food with no crowds. This is where I'm getting weekend breakfasts from now on. Good food, good prices and no line up.
