Over the past 5 years I've been consistantly coming here - Kisoya was a bit expensive, but well worth it - staff were polite and the quality of the food both fresh and well prepared - particualrly the house rolls.
Unfortunately it's clearly changed owners or head chefs about a year ago, and has gone down hill a great deal. The decor is still ok and the prices unchanged (medium high) but the quality has dropped immensely.
The last three times I was there the california rolls were overly salted, and the sashimi still tasted frozen. The food was nothing to write home about, and is no longer worth going to. I recommend the Koi in Poco - which at least has all you can eat O-toro and is a little less pricey.
