We made reservations a couple days prior, yet we waited for more than 15 mins. The servers were pretty nice. I did not like the dirty tea cups and glasses and dirty plates with left-over food still stuck to it. The table was sticky and there were still pieces of sushi under the table (since we were placed in one of those separate rooms that have connected seats). The oysters that we ordered were rotten since they smell funny. But I guess at least I only paid 12.75 for all-you-can-eat.
You decide if you should try it, but I know I may not go back.
I can confidently say that this place is the place with the worst service ever. It was a regular Sunday afternoon, the place wasn't busy at all and it took very long for us to be seated and the servers seemed to ignore us when we'd intentionally make eye contact when we were ready to order. It took us about 10 minutes to get a server to take our order. The servers that saw us ready to be served ignored us and I knew that they saw us ready. I felt so insulted the whole time I was in that place.
The food is undoubtly good and different but I can say confidently that I will never go back to that place if it were the last place on earth.
The food is great and I love their burgers!
This location is pretty small if you don't mind waiting a bit. The Ackroyd location is bigger, but parking may be a problem. I don't like the atmosphere here as much as the Ackroyd location since it's pretty small.
I love their burgers. Just thinking about it is making me hungry. Their Caesar Wrap is pretty good too, although most of their food is over-priced.
If you're looking for a White Spot to go to at Richmond, it's better at Ackroyd since it's bigger than the one at Richmond Centre and it's always packed at Richmond Centre anyway.
The food was awesome. Most of their dishes are spicy so if you enjoy spicy foods, come to Tropika. I love the environment because it's a new restaurant. The seats are comfortable. The place is pretty big so you won't have to wait long for seats. It's in the mall so parking isn't much of a problem.
The place isn't all that nice but for some reason, there's always a lot of people, specially on the weekend. The food is pretty good. The service is ok. There's not a lot of parking so you'll either have to park on the other side of the plaza or wait for a few minutes. It's pretty pricey here too, hence the title of this review.
Not only do they have the best bubble tea you'll ever taste, Pearl Castle has awesome food as well. I also love the atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable and the interior looks so nice. One of my favourite places to go to every Friday of the week!
Although parking may be a problem, since it's located at a plaza filled with other stores, you'll only wait a few minutes until you find parking. It maybe pretty packed too, specially on Friday nights and weeknights, so you better come earlier than dinnertime or a few hours before they close. Or you can make reservations.
One of the first Chinese Restaurants that I've been to in Richmond, since when I first moved here 6 years ago and it still stands as one of the best restaurants. I love the food! If you have no where else to eat, eat at Hon's!
We were seated right away, even though it was a hockey night and it was pretty busy. Our server was pretty good in taking our orders quickly. The food came right away and it tasted ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. I think the price is pretty decent, compared to other restaurants like it. I wouldn't mind eating here again.
It was my first time eating at Cactus Club. I didn't like anything about the food. You usually go to a restaurant for the food, but I only liked how the hostess seated us near the heater, since it was a cold night.
There was nothing on the menu that I wanted to try but I ended up ordering some burger. It was just normal. Nothing awesome,
The service was ok. The food was ok. But I don't think I'll be eating there again.
It was a Sunday night when I had dinner with a few of my girlfriends and although we had reservations, we still had to wait a good 10 minutes to be seated. The place was pretty crowded and there wasn't a lot of parking. We had to parallel park on the other side of the street.
Other than that, the food was awesome! Although it was pretty pricey for entrees that had pretty small servings, I was really pleased with our server, so that makes up for the other things, I guess.
The only reason for me to return to this place is their CHESSECAKE! It was the best I've ever tasted in Richmond.
