Went there with a party of 8. Everyone agreed that it's too expensive for the quality & quantity of food you get. The chicken I ordered was soggy and it took FOREVER to come. You can eat here and be sort of satisfied, or walk downstairs to RR, BP and be happier. which takes 2 minutes.
Been there many times, I never had problems with the food, although I agree that the SERVICE is POOR and needs more work. If you are really concerned about getting your money's worth, then come with a empty stomach. Unless you don't eat a lot, then... that's your problem. Overall, I like this restaurant and will go eat there once in a while or on special occasions....
If you are planning to go there, just make reservations before hand because it's usually packed during dinner times on weekends.
It's one of the better all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in burnaby. I go there a lot, and never had any problems. everything comes just like the ordering sheet says. Sashimi was okay. If I wanted to be picky about the food, I'd have to say sometimes the ika karaage wasn't too good, but there are times that they were absolutely delicious. oyster motoyaki is good everytime, unless you don't like the bath of oil sitting in there. Meat balls can be a little disgusting if you order too much. lol I recommend this restaurant to anyone.
been to red robin many times. everytime i go there, i would hear the "birthday chant" coming from other side of the restaurant. It's alright, although, i think it would've been better if they just sang the good old happy birthday song. Anyways, i went to red robin this weekend, getting straight to the point, my server had VERY STINKY body odur. it completely destroyed my appetite. I took a peek at the table across from me, the man had a disgusted face when the server walked by. yes, the server is a male, and totally ruined my dinner. But burger was okay (it was nicely stacked). fries wasn't too good that night (probably because of the the rush). Some people gotta learn to put on deodourant, especially knowing that the weekend at red robin is going to be very busy. Overall I rate Red Robin Decent. meaning 2 out of 5 stars. I just hope when you decide to go to red robin you get a female server, not a smelly male server. I was very unfortunate and totally grossed out.
It's horrible. The sashimi wasn't fresh and service was terrible. Sometimes the food that was ordered did not come at all. Even if the food comes, the quantities written on the ordering sheet are different then the quantities served. I suggest you go to other sushi restaurants except this one.
