(4) (4) (3.5) (3)When I go out for Dine Out, I usually don't pick restaurants that are "chains". Someone recommended their Dine Out so I dragged hubby in and we had a great time. All courses were great but the firecracker shrimp appy was outstanding. It was large (5 - 6 shrimp) and the waitress was great at asking whether we wanted "easy" spice or regular. I went for easy and it was plenty spicy enough so I was really grateful for the advice. Portions were generally larger than any of the Dine Outs I've been to (and this was only $25). Only problem was that it smelled a little chlorine-y when we first arrived.
I've always gone to Honolulu but since moving out of the neighbourhood, I realize what a good deal it is. Typical Chinese cafe eatery so don't expect ambience. But I had the Christmas special (yeah I know it's Feb but it's my first review!) and it didn't disappoint. Soup and small salad, lobster and choice of meat combo, dessert and coffee for under $20. I love Dine Out but you can't beat this meal!
