Terrible Service, good food
Submitted Sunday, January 14, 2007 - 6:24pm [Dine in]

The service is so, so bad and the owner/manger just doesn't care. Why oh why do I go back, the food is good but not great. The pizza is good, but common, is is really worth the attitude for the below average wait staff. Check out Lombardo's instead, they used to be the same company. The food is just as good (great Lasagna) and you don't get the attitude, oh yeah and you get a deal since they're in the entertainment book.

Great spicy tuna sashimi, and you've got to try the alaska roll, its agot avacado, salmon and a great house dressing. You can't go wrong with the miso soup and tempura too, if you don't love sashimi.
Cheap and good, what else can I say

Not authentic, but still good
Submitted Sunday, January 14, 2007 - 6:14pm [Dine in]

This place is not authentic by any means, so if that's what you're looking for this is not for you. But if you do want pretty good tex mx, it's really not bad. Although, $2.25 for a small wicker basket of chips and salsa is very, very unreasonable. The steak fajitas are my regular order and other than needing salt they're not bad, but they really should add cheese. Service is different everytime we go, it's never outstanding, sometimes bad, but usually average. Use the entertainment coupon it softens the blow.

I used to love it but I got sick of the abuse
Submitted Sunday, January 14, 2007 - 6:09pm [Dine in]

I used to hit this place up at least 1 every few weeks, but I soon became annoyed with the Manager. He is a rude man who thinks he owns you for the evening. If you don't eat everything on your plate, he yells at you. You do you think you are? They're are the owners/mangers who offer suggestion on what to order, but this guys try to tell you what to do, whether you want his advise of not. Oh and he's always using a harsh tone.. no he's straight up yelling at the poor young asian girls who work there.
The food is decent, not great, it's more indian than african.

CinCin Ristorante + Bar1154 Robson Street, Vancouver
A long standing favorite
Submitted Sunday, January 14, 2007 - 6:03pm [Dine in]

Cin Cin is by far our favorite restaurant. Amazing food, wonderful service and best of all it's consistant. The veal garganelli is by far my favorite thing on the menu, while my husband can't get enough of the Manzo (beef tenderloin) with pear mustardo. If you're lucky enough to be served my Tanya of Jaime, you can expect and even better experience. We enjoy Cin Cin for both lunch and dinner and visit it at least once a month. The prices are reasonable and the quality is superb.
