Great food, adorable place, but service is beyond bad

Dear Grub owners / operators
You have everything right - but the servers are HORRIBLE! I can't even describe all the things our server did wrong without sounding really mean. PLEASE hire new staff, or train them better because I would hate to see such a great little place fail because your customers can't stand your staff!
Adding insult to injury, our group recieved basically NO service, and a 17% tip was automatically charged. The server needed prompting to take our drink order, to take our food order, and finally to bring the bill...which she also managed to screw up. We each had one drink and one drink only - I wanted more, and maybe even desert - but I don't think the server ever came back after dropping our food off. She was too busy folding napkins at the bar! Maybe it was just an off night. I hope so. But really unfortunate because I don't know if any of us would ever return and our bill would have been $100 more if she had been actually doing her job.

Similar experience to other reviews already posted.
The servers were at best confused, and at worst, beyond rude.
The food was alright, and I may go back for drinks, purely to enjoy the view. The strange thing was, once we had ordered, the food arrived within 10 minutes and it was fine, if a bit bland. However, getting seated and wine served took over an hour. I even had to hunt down my own drink menu!! I think the kitchen staff (of which there seemed to be a huge number from a peak in the kitchen) are bang on, and everyone else is dead weight.
