Really tasty, great flavour. You can get them in small, medium and large sizes. Medium is plenty enough for me even when I am hungry.

I agree with other reviewers in that it is a nice place. They serve decent pub food. The service however leaves a lot to be desired. Last time I was there, the waitress didn't bring the second drink that I ordered. After 15 minutes I decided that I no longer wanted it. Then she came over again and asked us if we wanted anything else. We said that we're ok for now. We still haven't finished our food. Few minutes later she brought us the bill even though we never asked for it! Overall, bad attitude and quite rude. There are many other pubs that serve good pub food and have far better service. I will give this place a miss for the foreseeable future and would NOT recommend it to a friend.
When I get a craving for a burger, Modern Burger is one of the few places I immediately think of. There isn't much else on their menu, but their burgers are quite juicy and tasty. The interior is also pretty cool, looks like a place from the 50s. If you want a good old-fashioned burger, this is a good place to go. Don't forget cash as they don't accept credit or debit cards.
This place looks quite cozy from the outside so we decided to check it out. The ambiance is quite nice although it is somewhat crammed inside. There is a small bar and a few tables side by side close to each other. The best tables are by the window.
Once you order, the food takes quite long to arrive. When I saw the dishes, I thought they were well presented but very small. I got the impression that the place tries to sell you on the quality of the food. Although it was quite good, it was nothing out of the ordinary. Therefore, I thought it was too overpriced.
In short it's a nice little restaurant, the sort of place you might go on a date. It is overpriced however and I would not rush to return there again... There are better options out there.
I went there for lunch after reading all the great reviews and was slightly disappointed. Firstly, the service was below average. They mixed up our order and didn't bring the drinks until we were almost finished eating. The food was pretty good but the portions were very small. Lunch for 2 people with 2 glasses of juice came to $36 including tax & tips. Overall, this place is decent but nothing special.
This place is very much overpriced. I ordered a "regular" size pasta salad. It came in a tiny little bowl, no more than a handful of pasta. It wasn't very good either. For $5 you'd expected much more than that. Their coffee and cinnamon buns were pretty good on the other hand.... but overall not worth it.
