The first time I ordered from this place, I was very impressed with the freshness and quality of the food they prepare. The portions were also quite large compared to a lot of the competing Chinese restaurants in the area. For great take-out Chinese food, I highly recommend this place. They also give 10% discount for pickup if you pay with cash!

The restaurant is located on Boundary Road near Grandview on the Burnaby side. There is plenty of street parking close to the restaurant. The reataurant is very clean. Tiles for the floor and they have one smaller dining room for private parties up to 40 to 50 people.
I dined in here a few times and the food and service was rock solid. I also ordered take out food and they delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a discount for pickup orders as well.

I have been going to this place when it was located on North Road. The food is great as well as the service. The only thing that bothered me was an extra charge they put on our bill that was not stated in the menu nor did the server say anything about an extra charge.
I did have chat with the owner about this charge and she claims it's the restaurant policy. I think it would be advisable to have any extra fees stated on the menu so that customers are not surprised at the end when they get the bill.
If you are planning to go for dinner, get there early because the place fills up fast.
