(3.9) (4) (4.5) (4) (3)This little gem is family run and feels like home for most of us. Is a major scientist/physician hang-out. Mike and Josie (the owner) are very personal and Mike is a one-man show with a big heart.
The food: The soups are delicious and so are the sandwiches, though they don't have a big variety. Coffee is great and goes well with the soft cookies and the sugar-free muffins. Everything is homemade and mainly organic, the sandwiches (the salmon is awesome) are a pricey, but affordable in a soup combo. Highly recommendable.
We have been to this place many times and it never disappointed. The family run business stands out with warm and personal service, excellent food and very reasonable prices. We are big fans and recommend this place to anybody, even my picky parents. The portions are big and you get free extra bread if you need it. There are mild as well as very spicy options for both vegetarians and meet-eaters.
