We buy take out food from Stepho for dinner probably once or twice a month for years. But after tonight experience, I will NEVER go there again, and will never suggest anyone to go there. We ordered food as usual tonight. At the time of pick up, I provided the pick up number. Usually, they will repeat the info back, but they didn't this time. After we got back home, find out that is not what we ordered. We call them back right away and wanting to exchange it. The pick up person, and he said he is the manager, Billy, say that they won't let us exchange, because if we take the food back, then it is garbage. I understand that would be garbage, but I really don't like the wrong order that they have give us. And this is the first time I heard that restaurant gave out the wrong food, but won't take it back and provide the right one. I don't even mind to waste my time and gas to drive back to exchange for what I ordered. Then the "manager" Billy even say that we cause him to be yell by another customer because we took the wrong order. Come on, it is his job to make sure customer get the right order, and he is blaming customer for his mistake. Instead of admit for their mistake and say sorry, the "manager" Billy keep insist that he followed the company policy and repeat the info, but he didn't. I have to admit he "usually" do, but not this time. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience, and will not go there again.
