Never Ever Again
Submitted Sunday, July 21, 2013 - 5:14pm [Dine in]

Went here late this morning for breakfast, and never ever again will you find me here under any circumstances. The place is filthy - and I do mean filthy!! The server and staff are pleasant and try their hardest but it is not enough to deal with the dirt and grease everywhere. We both ordered lightly basted eggs - they arrived hard. The coffee is indescribable in flavor with a faintly reminiscent taste of dirty dishwater.
An argument was started by a customer who felt slighted because someone else had been served ahead of him - he became verbally abusive, and swore at everyone. When my dining partner offered to call the police to clear the matter up, the offensive patron literally ran out of the establishment.
True, the all day breakfast is only $3.99 but in spite of the small dining area, it still could be kept clean and neat. The food could be served as ordered. NOT coming back.

There are Challenges ........
Submitted Sunday, July 21, 2013 - 5:05pm [Dine in]

There are some challenges to having your order delivered as ordered. The food itself is not bad when (or if) it comes as ordered. Went here the other night for dinner - I ordered Italian Wedding Soup and Seafood Pasta - the soup was okay, but the pasta was incredibly greasy. My dining partner ordered a salad and a full rack of ribs. The salad was passable but the rack of ribs was covered in a strange orangey colored bbq sauce that he found inedible. He summoned a server, advised her that the sauce made the ribs inedible, asked for another order of ribs with the sauce on the side. To his astonishment a few minutes later, the server appeared with a bowl of a different BBQ sauce. He again patiently explained he wanted a new order of ribs as the orange colored sauce made the ones in front of him inedible, and again asked that the new order have the BBQ sauce on the side. The ribs arrived after I had finished eating - and of course were drowning in a brown BBQ sauce, with a bowl full of sauce on the side!!! He tried to scrape the sauce off the ribs, but it was too much. He had only one small rib and gave up - no dinner. He asked for the ribs to take home to his dog minus the bowls of BBQ sauce that were now at the table.
To the restaurant's credit, they did comp both meals, but the fiasco with a simple order will not see us returning any time soon. There is no need for this.
