We go to Teresa's almost weekly for breakfast and just get one of their specials. The food tastes good, and you get enough to really fill you up. However, I would suggest you bring your own coffee. We always stop by Starbucks or one of the other coffee shops before we head in, they don't seem to mind - they must know their coffee is terrible.
Also, unlike some of the other reviews which mentioned unfriendly service, we have never experienced that. We've always been greeted with a hello and a thank you.

Having read some of these reviews, I would've definitely skipped this place had I been paying. Fortunately I was given a $100 gift card and couldn't pass it up.
As per our waiter's suggestion, I went with the Macadamia-Crusted Halibut. My fiance went with the Buttermilk Fried Chicken. We were advised as we ordered our food that they didn't come with any sides, so we also ordered sauteed beets and salt & vinegar shoestring fries.
Both meals were delicious, though the fried chicken caught us off guard. It came on a big dish, and literally looked like they cut up the chicken into 4 chunks, fried it and put it on the plate. It could've easily fed us both - I ended up eating a large portion of it.
We also had the Creme Brulee for dessert and a pop. Along with tip it used up the entire gift card. Ouch. I would've preferred a card to Joey's or any similar place where $100 would've gotten us a few drinks each on top of the food.

My fiance and I have been to this restaurant on several ocassions, mostly during their 2 for 1 specials or with the Entertainment Book coupon. All we've ever gotten is the Chicken Souvlaki, which is definitely outstanding when compared to the same dish at many of Vancouver's other greek restaurants.
The service has always been a bit off. Always with the same older woman who has never come off as pleasant. The last time we went there (last week) she had lost her voice, which is of course not her fault. However, one would assume that they would have someone to help out in such a situation.
Oh, and the place was completely dead at 8PM on a Wednesday. Not a soul inside other than us, the server and the cook. That was a bit concerning.
