I ordered a large 2 topping pizza. It was $8.50 after tax... a Monday take-out special.. I think it's normally $9.50 on other days. The crust tasted a bit salty... But I liked it.. it was better than the normal crusts I get that are dry and tastelss. I got tomatoes and sausage on it. The tomatoes weren't full slices... they looked like they were chopped up in large quantities in the morning when the store opened or bought by the bag. But they weren't bad for $8.50. the sausage was good too, as was the sauce.. All in all.. as far as cheap pizza goes... I would say it was pretty damn good. Would go great with some beer and a hockey game. they also serve all sorts of other stuff there.. like lasagna and indian food. I think I will go back one day. They have good specials too. 3 large 2 topping pizzas for like $30. Pretty rad. Enjoy :)
If you don't eat meat this is a great place to eat. I have no complaints. I liked my food... I just wish there was some dead animal flesh somewhere in it.. Other than that, Mmmmmmmmmmmm. The servers didn't come by too much, or not enough. That was nice. The price is pretty good too. And I got full. So that's a plus!
I go there for lunch specials.. it's less than $15 for lunch with a beer. I have had a couple burgers and the chicken souvlaki. You get a decent amount of food and it tastes GREAT. I would definitely go here again and even recommend it to friends. You should check it out!
I honestly can't complain about anything about my experience here. The price was right.. I got what I paid for.. Plain and simple. The food tasted ok. Wasn't gross, wasn't anything to write home about. I would go here again.. But I wouldn't go out of my way, or suggest it to any of my friends. Unless they asked if I knew a good place to get cheap breakfast. Don't be afraid to try it.. But don't get your expectations too high either.
Damn, I just ate the biggest burger... Had a hot dog on it too! I also had onion rings (which I didn't need. I'm just too cheap to have thrown them out.) It costed about $13 with tip... But man, am I ever full.... Burger was awesome! Onion rings were not the crunchiest I have ever had... But they still beat fries. It took a bit to get the food.. Basically cause they actually cook it.. It's not McDonald's. However, I suggest you go with some friends so you can chill and be obnoxious while you wait for your food to arrive. Also saw some decent looking girls while I was there. And the girl at the counter had a nice accent. So, I'd go again... Maybe just for a burger though. No onion rings next time.
I went with a friend. First of all, I'd like to mention, BOTTLES BEER ONLY $3.99. I had a farmer's burger, which is 2 patties and 2 slices of real cheese. Mmmmm, good and greasy. Not dry at all. Comes on a good bun too. It was $12.00 with a beer and a tip. My friend got chicken souvlaki (came with greek salad, rice, and pita with that white sauce that I cannot spell but it comes with your pita at any greek restaurant.) and a beer for like $15.00. I had some of their rice, and it was REALLY good. They said the rest of the meal was good too. So, I SAY GO! It's good stuff. The only thing that sucked was the service. Really nice people... But they just cant seem to remember that they seated you. ahahah. After about 15 mins of getting the menu I actually had to get up and go to the register to order our meals. But other than that, GOOD STUFF.
I liked this place cause it is not like your average sit in a booth and and eat your food place. I sat at a low table, on a low seat. Kind of interesting. I ordered Masala and some other stuff that I can't remember. You get to order about 3 things off the menu and they put it all on a plate for you. It comes with complimentary chai tea while you wait. It's $17 for that. But, the best part is, when you are done your food, someone comes and asks if you would like more!!! SWEEET! So, they will refill your plate at no extra charge! Good stuff! Awesome service too. And live Middle Eastern music as well. So, I think you should go.
This place is always PACKED, filthy, and horrible service... And don't drink the water... HOWEVER! 2.95 breakfast!!! You get 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 toast, and some good hasbrowns.. BOTTOM LINE: I go to Denny's and get diarrhea, go to Bon's, I don't. Good food, good price. Don't expect service or cleanliness.. can't have it all. Overall. I SAY GO! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. BON'S :)
