different rolls

what i like about this restaurant is their large selection of sushi rolls. i really like the crazy boy roll - it's a california roll with a crispy outer shell and it's cut length wise so, it looks like a little canoe. the mango roll was delicious - the mango was sweet and paired well with the cream cheese and crab meat in the center. this is a good place to try out different variations of rolls.

A lot of the items on their menu is good here. i've tried a lot of their sushi rolls and they're quite yummy. the kani sunomono dish has real crab meat in it which was a surprise because not a lot of places have 'real' meat. this restaurant is busy during the lunch hours so it's best to get here early or reserve a table for larger groups.

craving nachos and halibut burger
Submitted Friday, May 4, 2007 - 1:36am [Dine in]

My friends and I had dinner here last friday nite (the restaurant got busier towards the nite). We ordered the nachos, pasta with chicken, and a halibut burger with yam fries to share. The food was great especially the nachos and halibut burger!! The look of the restaurant is pretty cool - there's a big red tree painted on one of the walls and a plywood zigzag design feature located on the raised stage. The service was good, the female server was very friendly. Overall, my friends and i will definitely return since we had a good time there and glad that such a place exist around the Main Street area because you would expect this sort of place downtown.
