Food is good at times, but sometimes is undigestable. We have eaten here since it opened, often more than once a week, so thousands of dollars worth of food tests. It has gotten quite bad. Hot & sour soup so salty it could suck the water out of the tap, squid that wasn't cleaned, so it was stringy, and when I complained, the night manager had enough nerve to say you have to order it cleaned. After eating there for years, that was a first. It is not as clean as it should be, and the kitchen staff can be observed eating with their hands while they are still cooking, and at times smoking when the manager isn't around. A complaint is handled with sorry, we will do better next time, they won't even always take it off your bill. They used to care, but have raised prices to what other places now charge and you are still eating on plastic plates and bowls.

The selections are very limited. I have been there on several occassions, and simply can not go back. The hot food is cooked all at once, and you may get it well after its best before date. Nothing worse than a Tempura that is cold, droopy and greasyor soup that is luke warm, pork that is so dried out because it is so overcooked from being so thin, it is like the breading itself with nothing in between. There is hardly any choices in sashimi, and the salmon is farmed. Everything is extra, even a piece of lemon. You are jammed up against the next table, and it is all about turn over, eat and get moving, don't worry about getting comfortable, it won't happen here.
