A fairly busy Sunday afternoon. Waited by the table while the waitress was cleaning it up. Noticed that the jalepeno peppers and wedges of lime that were left behind from the previous customers were carefully placed aside on a tray. Wondered if these will be recycled for the next customers. Some of the spoons set on our tablet were a bit greasy and had to asked the waitress for a replacement. A small peice of cilantro was still attached to a chopstick and that too was replaced.
We had 'pho' and the soup was OK. Pricey for what you get. The place needs a good make-over.

Dinner for 4 on a busy Friday evening. Ordered their 'pick 4' special menu and the food was of very poor quality. Tasted like they were purchased from a nearby food court where you can pay $15 for 4 to 5 dishes. Service was incredibly bad. Their facial expression says customers are a real nuisance. With the number of restaurants in Richmond to choose from, I don't think I'll be back this way again for a long, long time.
