Its no Bosa foods, but for the west end it as good as it gets. The humous really is outstanding. Their deli meat looks suspect at times though. I have a feeling it does not move fast enough. Good prices on olive oil, pasta etc. The staff is pretty helpful. Flat bread they sell is very good. For deli meat though I am often tempted to walk all the way to the butcher on Denman, its better prices but more importantly seems to be stored better.
