I think this restaurant might need a professional consultant. I was in town for only several days and went to some restaurants during my trip with my business partner. This restaurant was one of them. We have been in a restaurant business for a long time, and we see this restaurant is trying but not quite working out as they didn't have enough employees to run their operation. If you do not have enough employees in both kitchen and floor, the service will be slow and customers won't come back.
We, customers, would have been able to have better experience with them if they could have had an extra person or two to work during the busy hours. We didn't recognize who was a host/hostess or who was our server.
The owner might want to consider reviewing his/her business plan to run this place better and smoother. It seemed as people work there were struggling because they didn't have much help from others to give the service they want to.
This restaurant might need a professional business consultant. We have seen this type of restaurants before and all we can say is good luck. We believe they can make it better.
