Lynn Valley's Best

I love Mr Sushi.
You can tell a good sushi by its rice! The fish is really fresh, and they have a cute menu with Lynn Valley specific combos.
And the rolls are all of superb quality - Combos are excellent value. The place is small but cosy and on Friday nights, it feels like coming home to meet family!
Staff is superfriendly.

Highly recommended

This used to be a hip place with good food, generous portions, and friendly staff. Now- not so much.

Our breakfast was not even mediocre, it was totally overpriced and the portions were tiny.
The Eggs Benedict for $9.00 ( half portion) consisted of a barely warm English Muffin (half), one egg with a bit of lukewarm sauce, 3 limp, raw spinach leaves. ( We had one half and one full portion, and they both were on the small side). We substituted the potatoes with "fruit" for an extra $3.00; these fruit were served very unimaginatively in a little half- cup and consisted of 5 melon pieces, 2 cut-up strawberries, 1 slice of orange.
A little more effort could have been put into the presentation - everything looked really "thrown together". And the waffles - better go to Whitespot, at least their service is fast and friendly.
The three of us paid $60.00 ( with tip) for a small breakfast that left us hungry. Not recommended if you want to go mountainbiking afte wards!
