I attended a wedding held at Dr. Sun-Yat Sen Garden over the weekend and Jade Dynasty catered this 10 course meal.
They served an assortment of high quality foods even after being cooked at the restaurant and delivered to the venue. My top 3 favourites were prawn ball with crab claw, lobster on a bed of sticky rice, and the pan fried yee mein.
I've been to many traditional Chinese 10 course dinners and this meal by far outranks Flota and Sun Sui Wah. I will definitely check out their dim sum and dinner soon!

I've been here numerous times during happy hour and the first order of business are a dozen fresh oysters, a pint of pale ale, and some deep fried oysters. They used to have their Fanny Bays @ $1/pc and although the prices have increased, they're still worth it. The condiments are a great addition to the oysters.
The bar is definitely where the action is. Ladies - the boys behind the bar put on a great show, are cute, and make sure you're taken care of. They even know their wine pairings with your food!
The only 2 sour things about the place are the hostess (she's incredibly snotty and rude) and the fact that this place gets packed quickly so get there early or make a reservation!
