I always order pizza form this branch of Fresh Slice for take out. Their pizza is fresh and not oily at all. I have also tried out Fresh Slice in Richmond, but the quaility of this branch is much better than the one in Richmond. I would recommend this place for everyone.

My friend was a fresh graduate today, so we decided to have lunch on north road after the long torment of pictures taking.
Ambiance: decent, very spacious, suitable for family gathering
Service: We were being ignored since we were sitting close to the right hand side of the counter. The staffs tended to wander in the middle of the store, and we were hardly able to gain their attention.
Food: We had a big group so we broke down into small groups in term of food sharing. My group had ordered ginseng chicken, jap chai(potato noodle), stone rice, and seafood pancake. Compared to other restaurants, this dish of jap chai was tasteless. The chief put too much onion on the dish. Nevertheless, the portion was very big in size.
I noticed the other people on our table had black bean paste noodle and some other kind of noodle.
The serving spoons for the noodles were too big in size in comparison with the bowl for eating. I noticed the people on our table were having difficulty to place the noodle on their bowl.

I have not been to a lot of Indian restaurant, so I am rather new to this type of cuisine. The first impression on the restaurant was big in size and upper class. The environment was cozy. They used nice table cloth and napkins. And the service was exceptional. I really appreciated the lady who kept coming back to fill up our water. For each table, they gave out 2 pieces of papadum for free. For the main course, I have ordered mutter paneer(green peas with square cube cheese), and my bf has ordered palak chicken(boneless chicken with spinach). The hot food were both served in a small pot with mild spicy sauce with nan. We both cannot handle spicy food but we found the sauce of the mutter paneer was tolerable. The palak chicken was not that great. It was covered with lots of spinach but only few pieces of chicken were there. We were stuffed by the sauce and nan but rather than the actual food. If they can put more ingredient in the dish than the food will score a grade of 90%. Overall, I really enjoy the experience.
