Everything was excellent except for the service that degraded to an outright snail's pace while the dining room was less than 30 percent full (~15 tables) with 4 servers. The killer was the way the waitress pushed the bill to the side of my face while completely forgetting to bring out a simple Jello desert for a child guest after repeatedly saying that the Jello is coming. The dining experience 1/4 way through - excellent.
1/2 way through - degraded to satisfactory.
3/4 way through the finish line - absolutely appalling.
It is a shame that such talented kitchen has to be fronted by the folks I had the terrible misfortune of having as my servers.
