As commented by many others, it is needless to say that they have got the best bubble tea in vancouver that I know of. And in my opinion, I think one of the many reasons (esp. fresh fruity taste) their bubble tea tates better than other places is that their bubbles are sweeter than others', I figure.
However, I personally loooooooooooove their "parsimon" one of the fresh fruit flavours. I think they are the only place with parsimon. Love it love it love it! highly recommended!
However, they TRUELY MADLY DEEPLY (haha) are in need of renovation. too small space to fit in, and please do something about that smell.

It was my first visit to the Blue Water Cafe, thanks to the DOV!
My boyfriend made a reservation at 7:30pm and they didn't make us wake when we got there. They had a very friendy and warm atmosphere, I percieved as soon as I sat down and lasted throughout the time I stayed! Kazuo Tuna for appetizer was delicately done with its just right sauce, while Seafood trio was somewhat less tasty than the tuna. The Roasted Beef Striploin entree was tender but kind of felt nothing so special about it, and the dessert was great. Also the timings between courses were just great--not too short that you have enough time to chat with your company or too long that you start wondering 'when will be the next dish served?'.
On the top of the food, the service was incredible provided by our server, Jeremy C, very friendly and listens to customers' need very carefully. And I have no doubts that any other server in the restaurant would do pretty much the same.
I think a great restaurant cannot only be defined by its quality of foods, but also the great services they provide. And this place is the whole pakage! I loved my first experience with the Blue Water Cafe!!!
