I have been going to Earls for years and always had a decent experience. Things as of late sure have changed. I recently have become a father and went with my family to enjoy lunch. We were seated and it was only at that time we were made aware that Earls no longer provides high chairs or booster seats. Apparently they are trying to "appeal to a older more mature demographic". With one look around there were more families than there were couples or friends enjoying lunch. Do they not understand a family will spend more money than a couple? We decided to stay anyway and try things out. We ordered drinks and we recieved the wrong type that were flat and warm. It was at that point we decided to leave. Appealing to an older crowd one would think the drinks would be cold and correct. I gave the food an okay as in the past it was good but this was my last visit to this tragedy of a restaraunt chain that has clearly lost it's way.
