this place is hyped up to no end, but relly, aside from cool room, it really is nothing special, the burgers are no better than then a burger you couold buy at the butcher counter, no flavour, the bun is okay and the fries are okay but, really, the place is just okay.

great taco's
Submitted Monday, July 24, 2006 - 7:10pm [Dine in]

This is the first time I have had an order of taco's in vancouver and immediately wanted more. They were great. Fresh, homemade tortillas steak, chicken and fish (real ones, not deep fried). I had to have 3 orders, i was stuffed. These guys make everything themselves, own guac, salsa's and the like. I haven't tried anything else but the taco's are seriously delicious.

The brazilian style of churasco cooking is great. The ycome by with meat on a stick, what could be better? The service could! If the food were not so good I doubt iwould be back, but alas the food is great with great value, so i go back again and again, hoping that the service catches up. Oh to dream

Solid experience

This a a place that defies logic. It opened to zero fanfare ad has just climbed since then. I have been there several times, they are always accomodating, and committed to doing their food well. They do not try to be anything they are not. If you are going try their dessert, it is awesome. The gingerbread pudding to to die for.

After all the hype, i was salivating to try this place. What a mistake. It was over-priced, greasy, and really poor quality. As a place that is supposed to show Vancouver's best this is a really poor excuse. If you want quality fish and chips with a view, go to pajo's

now that the summer is over
Submitted Saturday, October 15, 2005 - 12:47am [Dine in]

the place rocks, I don't go during the summer because of the lines, i just have an issue waiting 20 mins for a burger. They are always good about it (they make them fresh, which i like, too many places just get some frozen patty). I love the flavour shots, The fries are great, and the onion rings are awesome.

awesome burgers, need more space

Great burger joint, I found the toppings interesting, the staff could have guided me a little more in the toppings but now I know for next time, I had the turkey burger (one of the few places that makes their own patties) and my date the chicken, both were awesome. The wedges were good but next time I'll try the fries. I had a shake that was straw clogging good, it is my new favourite burger joint.
