The good: Lovely establishment with excellent decor and ambience. Friendly and eager service. Reasonable wine choices and prices.
The not-do-good: This is not a place to order pizza. The crust outweighs the rest of it, though the crust WAS cooked nicely, there is insufficient sauce on the pizza making it quite dry, the toppings are meagre, and on the pizza we had, there was no mozzarella, thus making it not a pizza, IMHO. On top of that it was well overpriced. I think an attempt is being made to offer "gourmet" pizzas, an oxymoron. Their offerings belie the name Pizza Co.
There was a screen above our table showing silent movies, and throughout our dinner, people were constantly looking in our direction and laughing at Charlie Chaplin. This was quite disquieting.
If we didn't sit where we sat, and if we had ordered something other than pizza, we might have had a completely different experience. We will give it another try.
