Good food

A good 24HR chinese restaurant. I always go there for late night snack. Very good food. I love how they make their congee, very soft and tasty. Their noodles and rice are very good as well, but their food is quite oily. The service, however, was poor. The waitress last time was very non-responsive. We told her the order and she just wrote everything down without saying anything what so ever, and just left when she finished writing everything down. We wanted to order another dish and called for her, after requesting for that dish, she didn't respond and just walked away, we didn't even know if she got our order. So we had to call her again to make sure she got our order! She is very bad mannered and very non-responsive! However the manager's service there made up for everything. He was very friendly and helpful. I would go back there next time.

Very delicious cakes and pastry

Makes delicious cakes and pastries. I always come here to get birthday cakes. One of my favorites is their fresh mango cake. The entire cake is covered with fresh mango slices, sliced thinly and evenly. This cake is delicious, nice and light, has light sponge cake layered with with fresh mango and fresh whipped cream.

I also like their single sliced cakes. I like their tiramisu, and a variety of their cheese cakes. I like their mini fruit tarts very much. Their breads are very good as well. Everything is so delicious.

This is my first time visting this place, I am from Burnaby. My friends and I walked past this place and was attracted to their interior and their all-u-can eat chocolate fondue ad. They have a whole wall in white, with white letterings of the names of their teas, very nice. Two of my friends ordered the 'Ice cream chocolate fondue' and the rest of us had the 'all-u-can-eat chocolate fondue' which was $7.95 per person when you order a drink. There was an assortment of fresh fruits and snacks to dip.
Too bad they don't have white chocolate, but both of the fondues were good. I loved the dark chocolate! It was soooooo good! They serve good quality belgian chocolate.

We each ordered a drink, I had the Japanese genmaicha green milk tea. The milk tea actually has tea flavour in it! It had a good tea aroma. I went over to the bar to see how they make it. They were brewing loose leaf tea bags individually in a big espresso-like machine for each of our drinks. I thought that was very good, my drink was made fresh, NOT with tea that has been sitting for a whole day! We had a great time there, and will go back next time to try their other drinks and their cheese fondue.
