I arrived with my son and sons out of town guest at 11:30 am which was the stated opening hour. There were about 20 people ahead of me in line. We waited until 12:10 before they appeared to start taking orders. There was no explanation of why there was a delay or any acknowledgment of the waiting crowd. In fact the money taker avoided looking at the customers when I went up to ask what was going on.
I put in my order around 12:25. I was told it would be 25 minutes. The money taker was busy eating while taking orders and seemed irritated by the customers. The person in front of me had a long list of orders he was placing, about 15, which surprised me since none of them were in attendance. I was on my lunch break and at 12:55 I asked if I could get my individual order (the others could wait) as I had to leave by 1:15. The staff were very rude telling me I had to wait until all the orders ahead of me were filled. At 1:05 I told them that I had been there since 11:30 and was very upset because I had to leave. I recieved my order at 1:10 and had to leave before eating it all as I was too rushed,. I will not return as I thought the service and dealings with the customer to be very shoddy. I run a business and if my employees treated customers that way I would fire them. There should be a better system for those who wait. There appeared to be all sorts of people picking up orders who had called ahead and were all appearing to pick up the orders from the one fellow who stood in line. A very disappointing experience and surprising as I see these comments were made by other visitors in earlier comments. I guess the owner doesn't care about customer service which is quite surprising in this day and age.
