PHAT is one of the restaraunts that participate in our lunch program, I've ordered lunch there 5 times now and have not had the order correct, not even once.

Today was their last chance. I orderd my luch using their IPhone app, then about 5 minutes later I ordered my freinds lunch. I got two messages saying that our orders were available for pick up. When we arrived my friends order was ready, mine was not. The place seemed quite un-organized, there were 5 people standing behind the counter and only one person seemed to be actually working. 10 minutes passed buy and I finally asked someone what's taking so long, that I'd gotten my message to pick up 15 minutes ago. The "Phat" guy who seemed the most disorganized but doing most of the work, gave some excuse that he had to send that to get the next persons order to read it (which would have been my friends, so it was a lie). I told him to forget about it, and he kept on making excuses, so I said. I'll make it easier on you next time, I'll not come back" he still kept on providing excuses, so I said "Sorry to bother you with my buisiness" and I truley am.

The place is a joke, the food is not that great, and the prices are not that good. In contrast you walk half a block down the street and you get you see them pumping out the sandwhiches 1 per minute, I'll go there next time I want a sandwhich.
