Everyone have an opinion
Submitted Tuesday, October 25, 2011 - 6:24pm [Take-out]

After been to Hot Oven a number of times I thought I should do my part and give them the props they deserve. You can tell right away from the weight of the box that it's definitely not your regular pizza joint. Pizza is always loaded with toppings and topped off with cheese so everything stays juicy. You can tell they actually spend the time to design and lay out the pizza not just throw everything on and toss it in the oven. For pretty much the same price as panago but 2-3 times the amount of juiciness, you just can't go wrong!!

I am surprise to see some of the bad comments people below give about Hot Oven, like their ranch sauce tastes like it's from a bottle. Who makes their ranch sauce from scratch? Or one gave bad review because he was given his pizza in a box. What the heck did he expect the pizza in a take out joint to come in?? I guess with the internet age, people love to voice their opinions, no matter how dumb they are.

Food selection is not huge at this location but most dishes are prepared with good quality ingredients. The food is not overly greasy or salty. One of the best places for TW styled food.

The ambiance is also one of the reasons why I like to revisit the place and together with its fair pricing, this place is a place that I like to go with a few friends.

The service is mediocre at best however, it really depends on who is at the job at the day. Sometimes you would get lousy service from this place (which takes away from the food and ambiance in a way) but if you look past that, it is still a decent place to visit.

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened for both the mussels and the value of a shared meal . the mussels are done in a spicy wine sauce and if you like a little spice you can not resist picking up the spoon enjoying the broth with pita .The mussels , a large lamb souvlaki meal with a 1/2 liter of wine for less than $45.00 is a true bargain ,. Combine this with a friendly attentive service and a casual atmosphere and it always enjoyable .
