This cafe is probably one of the very best in the lower mainland to find shawarma and falafel sandwiches and plates at that I have encountered. I knew of many great places in Calgary to get good shawarma, but after having moved here 6 years ago I've been very sad to not have found any decent replacements.
For the price it is definitely worthwhile, as it is very easy in Vancouver to find a sandwich for > $10 that is not 1/2 as good! Other shawarma/falafel sandwich places offer sandwiches that have failed to meet my standards as yet, so I don't even remember the price I paid!!
That has been corrected now, and Falafully Good is definitely a major contender for best sandwich in town for me. Whenever you get a craving for a good chicken (or lamb) shawarma, head on down to this cafe and you'll not be dissapointed. Their falafel is freshly prepared as well (the falafel mix is pre-prepared, but they fry it for you at the time you order) and it really does make all the difference.
If you wish to eat in, it is very small and can get rather crowded if there is any sort of rush going on. This isn't as much a problem in the summer as the large doors in front are open and it feels more roomy, but for the rest of the year take out is the best. (I like to grab a movie and a bunch of sandwiches and make it movie night at home!).
The only better place I've found are my various lebanese/turkish friends Mom's!
