Terrible service saved by the food
Submitted Tuesday, August 18, 2009 - 10:01am [Dine in]

Came by on a Monday evening and was relatively steady. Our party of 4 was sat in a less busy section. The server came to indroduce herself and take our drink order. That was the last we saw of her for the next 20 minutes. Two other tables were sat beside us and was served by the same waitress. These two tables received their drinks and their appies before we were approached by the manager saying our server was overwhelmed and he would take our order. Now we are all people in our early to mid 30's, we all have careers and are very patience people so a simple "sorry" would have serficed but nothing. The server continued to ignore us for the rest of the evening while paying ample attention to the other tables around us.
The food was fantastic but was marred but the terrible server.

God these donuts are tastey. When that fresh light is on watch out. Staff is friendly and offers samples to people in line. I think every flavor is delicious. Did not try the coffee but who cares, I am pretty sure there is something addictive in those donuts because i can never get enough. Bathrooms are clean for a donut shop as well.

Was empty when i took a date there. Service was fair but non attentive. I do not mind paying high prices for quality food but the food was bland and did not come out as described on the menu. Tuna did not taste fresh and seemed like it was thrown on the plate by an eighteen year old, pasta was overcooked and flavorless. Wine was good.

Wow is this place hard to find, I thought there were only farms out in that area. Walked into the biggest screen (HD I think) I've ever seen. Game had just started and could not find a seat, so sat at the bar. Got drinks and food relatively easy (food was a bit of a wait from ordering). Every goal made me go deaf but pretty fun anyway.
