(2)a run down hippy style place..but it does have good food..only you if you sre able to carefully and patiently guide the a bit disoriented staff onto WHAT you actually want them to make for you..
if you like commercial drive ambience this place is funky and has live concerts at nights sometimes
surprisingly good breakfasts and vegetarian dishes..but again sometimes preparation is sloppy.
very bad cleanliness level..cutlery often dirty and left up to you to look for.So to summarise..Eat at your own risk..I did ..and i survived..but i cannot promise that i will do it too often..after all..if you just go up or down commercial there is plenty of better places to eat..why risk your health?cheers to everybody
This place has been for some reason overrated by locals.It does not live to your excpectations of what it claims itself to be.Very cheesy decor and the service is the worst part..Arrogant ,indifferent ,sloppy ,codescendent servers, and also you may note that all ppl that work there have something weird about them.Maybe that is why they appear arrogant or altogether indifferent.Sloppy service.Food is NOT what it claims to be. Many items are or smaller or overdone.Example:if you order breakfast potatoes will most probably be overdone to the point of being totally overfried.Often ppl have to wait to be seated.I wonder what makes this place so popular..You may get better value for your money at Joe's grill down West 4th ,they are awesome and servers actually behave like humans and not like weird aliens who just smoked some stuff before they went to work..and they do not look at you as some second sort of being
if you respect YOURSELF do not go to Paul's place,because it sucks.

I ate regularly in all three of them for the past 2 years and ALWAYS have been served at a great speed regradless of their business..
food is great.GOOD quality and if somethibng was not done properly they will redo it for you!very very good breakfast spot also great pasta and sandwiches..yummy
