I Love Sushi127 East 3rd Street, North Vancouver
North Shore AYCE
Submitted Sunday, February 24, 2008 - 6:09pm [Dine in]

Hey everyone who loves AYCE sushi! There's a new place to get your fix. Everything is fairly new there and the service and attention is great (for now). Hopefully they can keep this up. Food is what AYCE sushi should be. Very FRESH, large portions, and greater variety than most places. Have not tried lunch ( starting at $6.95) but looked at the selection...is worth it and more. The place is quite spacious and airy not cramped like other places. I was there for the first time for Saturday night and the place was busy. It was worth the drive over the bridge.

Don't Blink.
Submitted Friday, December 14, 2007 - 1:41am [Dine in]

This place is a hidden gem. Located in North Burnaby, you'd miss the place if you blink but fortunately lineups outside the restaurant (especially at dinner time) make it an easy find. Fresh generous slabs of sashimi, large rolls of sushi with more filling than rice. Ambiance could use improvements but the food makes up for this. Check it out.

Great tasting Pizza for the drive
Submitted Friday, December 14, 2007 - 12:28am [Dine in]

Pizza Garden has great tasting pizza. I discovered this place after leaving another restaurant on the drive disappointed. Needed something to eat after all those free drinks. Add some ranch sauce to enhance the taste. Will be going back next time after the drinks.

Meat-eater's delight :)

This place is awesome if you want to load up on "meat (and potatoes)" type of dinner. The roasted chicken is delicious and juicy. The roast beef and ham is usually offered in the evening and they are just to tempting to pass up! I was there tonight and they had these juicy gigantic beef ribs which were devoured by patrons in no time. They also have seafood and fried chicken to offer a variety. The hot entrees are a hit and miss sometimes but go on the weekends when they have better entrees. Go early because the place gets so damn busy :( . Oh, I usually skip the potatoes. The soft serve ice cream is a great way to round off the meal. Great value for $12.00. The service is good as they clear your table promptly and your ready for seconds, thirds...Forget about the food court at Metrotown GO HERE!
