I'll try to make it short;
I have visited this location 4 times but will not be back again. Ever.
Staff is wonderful, happy, accommodating
Service; Very good
Food; Wouldn't mind paying for quality, but the muffins were stale every single time and tasteless.
Sandwiches: tasteless and because of it; overpriced
Americano; very very bad. I mean horrific.
Cappucino; pretty, but bitter tasting with a sharp unpleasant aftertaste that lingers into the late afternoon Sunset. I realize Artigiano has made it's name on Latte Art, but I'd love it if it tasted as good as it looks. (Elysian Room, JJBean, Prado, Wicked Cafe, to name a few for good examples)
With the new ownership of the Artigiano chain quality has gone way down.
All 4 times I was with either friends or business associates and their opinion was the same.
I switched entirely to JJBean and Prado they both serve amazing baked goods, JJ has the very best quality control and Prado serves Intelligentsia's Kid-O Espresso which is sweet and pleasant.
A note to management for all it's worth; Customers nowadays rarely complain anymore, they just don't come back.
I have been in the Hospitality/Food Industry for over 26 years. 7 of it in coffee.

Okaliswan, don't feel bad, you are not an elitist. If you were you could spell properly and have attention to detail. (I know, because I can't spell either)These people at the cafe are working their butts off to make a difference, but most of all they care.
I love thinly sliced bacon, their not fancy but properly prepared coffee and kind service. It is not about volume but quality, and flavor. If someone wants volume this is not the place. They serve just the right amount (unless you are a bodybuilder on steroids) and the prices are compatible to all others at least in the Downtown core with overhead sky high.
